Exterior walls insulated with R22 batts, basement with R12 batts, and all exterior walls plus attic ceilings sealed with 6-mil poly. Added sound batts to bathrooms and laundry walls. Attic blown to R60 loose-fill. Installed 1/2" drywall on walls and interior ceilings, ceiling board to attic ceilings, DensShield on tub/shower walls, and clean drywall returns at all windows and exterior doors. Taped to level 4, sanded, and primed to a flawless finish.
