Insulated above-grade walls with R22 batts and applied continuous 6-mil poly vapour barrier across walls and attic ceilings. Spray-foamed rim joists, basement foundation walls and garage ceiling; blew R60 loose-fill into attic. Installed drywall throughout, taped and sanded to flawless Level 4, then primed all surfaces. Flush-mounted Aria vents with invisible seams and finished all windows and exterior doors with crisp drywall returns for a sleek, modern trimless look.
