Insulated exterior walls with R22 batts, tray ceilings with fiberglass, basement foundation walls with blanket insulation, sealed rim joists with spray foam, and blew R60 loose-fill into the attic. Installed continuous 6-mil poly vapour barrier across all walls and ceilings. Hung 1/2" drywall throughout, taped to smooth Level 4, sanded, and primed. Added flush Aria vents with crisp taped edges and trimless drywall returns at all windows and exterior doors for a clean, modern finish.
