Insulated walls with R22 batts, sealed with continuous 6-mil poly on walls and attic ceilings, blanket-wrapped basement foundation, closed-cell foam on overhangs and garage ceiling, attic blown to R60. Installed 1/2" drywall throughout, taped to Level 4 (Level 5 on open-concept ceilings), sanded, primed, with flush Aria vents and trimless drywall returns at all windows and doors.
